Bandleader Webb Thomas is a Philadelphia Jazz, R&B, Soul Drummer of immense talent, taste & skills. He is the ‘go to’ call for many accomplished contemporary Jazz Artists on the scene today in Philadelphia, & across the region. The substantial degree of technical precision & artistry delivered in a performance by Webb Thomas is exceeded only by the sheer entertainment of it all. His spirit, energy, & love of his craft permeates the room, & has audiences under his spell.  His Philadelphia roots extend deep and have helped establish him as one of the most prominent drummers in the area.

Thomas has recorded and traveled the world with bassist Jamaaladeen Tacuma, has given rousing performances with Ruth Naomi Floyd, studied and performed with the legendary Odean Pope and has backed greats like Pat Martino, Uri Caine, Greg Osby, Kevin Eubanks, Jimmy Heath and George Benson.
